El Día de la Mujer es ocasión para que renovemos el compromiso con la equidad de género hacia dentro de nuestras organizaciones y en la sociedad.
No puede ser una moda pasajera. En cada tiempo y contexto surgen respuestas concretas en la Iglesia que nos llaman a esta igualdad real. Como la Revuelta de Mujeres que nos propone hoy nuevos modelos de liderazgo, acompañamiento y comunión. Estas semanas el cine nos recuerda también mujeres que en su tiempo dieron respuestas valientes y transgresoras a las situaciones más vulnerables de la mujer. El 24 de marzo se estrena La sirvienta, sobre la fundadora de las Religiosas de María Inmaculada, y el14 de abril, Si todas las puertas se cierran, que recoge la figura de la fundadora de las Oblatas del Santísimo Redentor. Ambas cintas presentan aquellas figuras históricas en paralelo con las situaciones actuales de explotación, trata y prostitución en las que estas organizaciones están hoy comprometidas. La próxima jornada formativa de REDES quiere visibilizar este trabajo en varios ámbitos. Felizmente, las entidades de solidaridad de ambas congregaciones han sido acogidas como miembro de REDES en la reciente Asamblea.
Sin duda, los proyectos de desarrollo que impulsan las organizaciones de REDES promueven la dignidad y autonomía de las mujeres en los contextos más vulnerables. Pero también queremos mirarnos por dentro, a nuestras estructuras y organizaciones, nuestra comunicación, campañas, programas de voluntariado… para descubrir todo lo que debemos caminar aún para favorecer la igualdad.
El Grupo de Género de REDES lleva 2 años caminando, para abrir una reflexión profunda que ayude a nuestras organizaciones a crecer en igualdad, como un paso irrenunciable por la justicia social.
